Anirban's Musical Journey -
Tutelage:
Initiation by mother Smt Minakshi Bhattacharyya
at 3 yrs. age.
Preliminary voice-training from Sri Abhijit Bandopadhyay, Sri Pradip
Chatterjee.
Training of Hindustani Classical Music from Smt. Chandana Chakraborty.
From 1997 onwards, a senior student of Shrutinandan. Presently, receiving
taalim from Pt. Ajoy Chakraborty. |

Shishu-Mahal and Galpo-Dadur Ashor of
Akashbani from 1992 to 1998 in Rabindrasangeet and presently a B-Grade
Artiste of AIR.

Playback-singer in TV-serial Rajeshwari
in 1998.

Performed in The Doverlane Music Conference’04-’05
opening ceremony and the appraisal of“The Bande Mataram” was published in
almost all the leading news-dailies.

Devotional TV programmes- Anjali in Tara
Muzik, Sharanagata in Zee Bangla and Upasana in ETV Bangla.

Performs regularly in Down Memory Lane,
Legends, Musically Yours-Bengali modern songs programme in Tara Muzik
Channel.

performed in the Live show Tero Parbon on the eve of the new Bengali year in

competiton in Kasba Utsav in 1997.
Best Singer Award in Classical Music
competition organised by St.James School, named Jaco-Jagoran in 2002.
Stood 2nd in Kheyal Competition organised
by “ Doverlane Music Conference” and “Rajya Sangeet Academy” in 2003.
Stood 1st in Bhajan, 3rd in Thumri and
Ragpradhan competition organised by Doverlane Music Conference in 2004.
Stood 1st in Bangla Gaan organized by Dreamz
Unlimited in 2006, held at AIKATAN, Salt Lake.
