Didgeridoo or Didjeridu - Wind Instrument of the Australian Aboroginals

The Didgeridoo is a famous wind instrument of the aboriginal Australians.

Look - The Didgeridoo is made primarily from a eucalyptus branch which has been hollowed out by termites. The body of the Didgeridoo has mythological motifs on it.

To play the Didgeridoo - The player blows into the instrument from the wide end to produce mostly low droning notes which are maintained by continued blowing and circular breathing.

Today, the Didgeridoo is also used as an accompaniment instrument.
