Budding Classical Singer - Performing Artist, Mumbai

Jaya Vidyasagar

Jaya is a singer who has been learning classical music since the age of 7.

Being an MBA in Finance, she quit a corporate job to pursue and dedicate herself to music.

She has been pursuing Hindustani / Carnatic Classical Music for the past 11 years and has been giving performances in Light Classical Devotional and Bhajan Programs in different languages which include Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Sanskrit, Tamil, Telegu and Malayalam.

My Strengths in Music Learnt Carnatic classical music for 6 years under the guidance of Smt Saraswati Vaidyanathan, Sri Anantharaman & Smt.Vijayalakshmi Nathan.

Have been learning Hindustani classical music under the able guidance of Mrs. Vatsala Rao of the Jaipur Atrauli Gharana for the past 6 years.

Have been learning Rabindra Sangeet and Nazrul Geeti under Smt. Shaili Banerjee.

Have trained in Light music under Late Shri. John David (a renowned performing artist in Vintage music & Founder- Swardhaan).
